Powerful Low Water Misting Systems For Odour And Dust Control.

The Probe Atomiser is a robust, water-efficient dust and odour suppression system that is designed for large industrial and commercial sites. Engineered with a centrifugal spinning disc mechanism, it generates billions of ultra-fine water droplets that bind airborne dust and odour particles with minimal water use and very little surface wetting.

Unlike traditional nozzle-based systems, the Probe Atomiser cannot clog or get blocked and requires very little maintenance. It delivers consistent coverage up to 30 metres, making it ideal for controlling emissions in open or enclosed environments.

  • The Probe Atomiser is available in three configurations:

    Wall-mounted Configuration – This variant of the Probe Atomiser saves space and secures directly to structural walls using clamps or bolts.

    Floor-mounted Configuration – A free standing 2.5 metre unit designed for concrete pads or level surfaces.

    Mobile Configuration – A towable, fully self-contained misting system with a built-in water and power supply, this can be deployed at different points on-site.

    All models can be equipped with an oscillation kit to extend the spray pattern by 180 degrees, increasing coverage in wider spaces.

    For larger-scale operations, the “Dustroyer” variant delivers an extended reach of up to 50 metres, making it ideal for demolition zones, stockpiles, or bulk material handling.
