Maintenance Contracts Bring Peace of Mind

The new maintenance contracts from Probe Industries have proven to be very popular with customers. Increasing numbers have seen the value in giving the responsibility for maintaining and updating equipment to Probe through a cost-effective service contract.
The contracts are seen as excellent value by customers as not only extending the life of equipment and ensuring optimum operational efficiency, but also helping to reduce the risk of legionella development and providing complete peace of mind.

With the Approved Code of Practice and guidance for 'Legionnaires' Disease: The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems' (L8), it is imperative that any spray system using potable water is regularly cleaned, maintained and serviced.
Probe offer three flexible options to choose from:- 

Option A

Monthly servicing of all systems installed by Probe Industries
Includes two emergency call outs per annum
Any necessary adjustments to odour control systems and products
Continuous repair/replacement of equipment installed by Probe Industries including all spare parts required
Monthly engineers site assessment reports.
Monthly replenishment of all AiroPure products up to 100 litres per month
Full access equipment (cherry pickers, etc) provided by Probe Industries.

Option B

Bi-Monthly servicing of all systems installed by Probe Industries
Includes one emergency call out per annum
Continuous repair/replacement of equipment installed by Probe Industries including all spare parts required
Any necessary adjustments to odour control systems and products
Bi Monthly engineers site assessment reports
Full access equipment (cherry pickers, etc) provided by Probe Industries

Option C

Quarterly servicing of all systems installed by Probe Industries
Any necessary adjustments to odour control systems and products
Quarterly engineers site assessment reports
Full access equipment (cherry pickers, etc) provided by Probe Industries

To ensure adequate Legionella risk control Probe carry out a complete initial disinfection of system as well as ongoing temperature and pH checks. Continual cleaning and disinfection to maintain hygiene is also included in this maintenance package. All staff at Probe have undergone Legionella training on understanding the bacteria and the best methods of risk reduction and prevention.
